Italian Sausage Kabobs

1pkg. (10 oz.) frozen BOCA Meatless Italian Sausages, quartered
1mediumgreen pepper, cut into chunks
1/2of a mediumred onion, cut into chunks
1/4cupreduced fat Italian dressing
Preheat broiler. Thread sausage, pepper and onion alternately on skewers. Brush lightly with dressing. Place on rack of broiler pan.
Broil on medium heat 12 min. or until cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining dressing.
Serve with hot cooked couscous or rice pilaf, if desired.

How To Easily Slice Sausage
Remove sausage from freezer 10 min. before slicing. Or, thaw slightly in microwave before slicing.
To prevent wooden skewers from burning, soak skewers in water for at least 30 min. before adding kabob ingredients.
Make the recipe extra colorful by using red or yellow peppers instead of the green pepper.
Use Your Grill
Cook sausage on the grill instead of under the broiler.
