2 Tbsp. chopped yellow bell peppers

1 Tbsp. chopped onions

1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

1 tsp. finely chopped jalapeño peppers

1/4 tsp. ground cumin

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen BOCA Meatless Cheeseburgers

4 hamburger buns


COMBINE first 6 ingredients. Rerfrigerate until ready to use.

COOK cheeseburgers as directed on package.

SERVE in buns topped with tomato mixture.
